About Us

Public Foundation for Social Development and Innovation "Ashyk Kogam"

A non-profit organization registered on July 4, 2025 in the city of Uralsk.

The name "Ashyk Kogam" translates from Kazakh as "Open Society," reflecting our core idea: transparency, accessibility, and active civic engagement.

In Kazakhstan, socially vulnerable groups often lack access to quality professional consultations. At the same time, many citizens are unaware of their rights and do not understand how to effectively interact with government agencies. We established this foundation to change that.

Born on January 5, 1996. Higher education. He works at Oral International Airport named after M. Mametova.

«I see how many talented and caring people in our region want to make a difference. Working at the airport has taught me that any complex system works effectively only when every element is in its place. The Ashyk Kogam Foundation is our contribution to building such a society.»

Born October 2, 1987. Higher education. Before maternity leave worked as labor relations supervisor at Tengiz field.

«The idea of creating the eKenes.kz platform appeared when I was pregnant. We needed a doctor consultation — an alternative opinion. In Kazakhstan we could not find a suitable online consultation platform. And then I asked my husband: why does Kazakhstan not have such a website? That is how the idea of eKenes.kz was born»

Executive Director

Born January 12, 1988. Two higher education degrees — economic and technical. Worked more than 7 years at JSC «Kazkommertsbank» (card business), headed the IT department of the airport, worked at fintech startup Piastrix, medical laboratory KDL OLYMP.

Activities at the fund: strategic development, operational management, project development, interaction with government agencies and partners, development of digital platforms.

«My diverse experience — from finance, customer service to IT — allows me to see problems from different angles and find non-standard solutions. Digital technologies combined with an active civic position can really improve peoples lives.»
