A non-profit organization registered in July 2025 in Uralsk. The fund name «Ashyk Kogam» translates from Kazakh as «Open Society» — this reflects our main idea: transparency, accessibility and active civic participation.
In Kazakhstan, socially vulnerable populations often lack access to quality specialist consultations.
At the same time, many citizens do not know their rights and do not understand how to effectively interact with government agencies. We created the fund to change this.
