The Ashyk Kogam Social Development and Innovation Fund builds digital platforms for society: the eKenes.kz consultation marketplace, the QoldanQolga.asia item-sharing service and the «Zan men Tartip» platform. We offer the same experience and team to organisations and entrepreneurs.

  • QoldanQolga.asia — A web platform for giving away, swapping or selling unneeded items. It helps reuse clothes, furniture, appliances and books so that usable things do not become waste and reach the families who need them.

  • «Zan men Tartip» — An online platform that improves interaction between citizens and government bodies during public reception days. Residents of remote settlements, people with disabilities, older people and those who cannot leave work can ask their question remotely and get a consultation on the day of the reception.

IT activities under the Fund's Charter
  • Software development and support, creation and maintenance of websites and portals are part of the Fund's statutory activities (clause 2.1.2 of the Charter).
  • The Fund is a non-profit organisation that does not pursue profit or distribute it among its founders (clause 1.1).
  • All income from the Fund's activities is directed to its statutory goals (clause 1.4). Income from business activities does not become the property of the founders, is not distributed among other persons and is used for statutory goals (clause 3.3).
